MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Rotary Club of Philadelphia Membership Application

To become a member of our Rotary Club, please follow these 3 steps:

STEP 1: Complete and submit the application below.
Note: you are expected to attend at least two club meetings and/or service projects before submitting the Membership Application.

STEP 2: Upon approval by the Membership Committee, your application will be referred to the Board of Directors for final approval.

STEP 3: Once approved, pay your membership dues.
You may pay your dues online via PayPal. When payment for dues is received by the club, you will be scheduled for an Induction Ceremony at a club meeting. Dues are not refundable. Please notify the Club at info@philadelphiarotary.org if you prefer to pay by check, and an invoice will be mailed to you.

Third Saturday
: Service Project followed by Socializing at a nearby restaurant
